Compartmentation Surveyor
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Compartmentation Surveyor to carry out detailed fire compartmentation surveys across sites in East London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of passive fire protection and building regulations, who can accurately assess and report on fire safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out fire compartmentation surveys in accordance with current regulations.
- Identify defects and non-compliances within fire-stopping and compartmentation.
- Produce clear, accurate survey reports with photographic evidence.
- Liaise with clients, site teams, and project managers regarding findings.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high professional standard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in compartmentation surveys or passive fire protection.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety standards and building regulations.
- Ability to interpret drawings and site layouts.
- Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
- CSCS card and right to work in the UK essential.
